2) Shipping Method

Standard Shipping (averages 15-30 business days)

Expedited/Express Shipping (averages 4~6 business days)

Normally, we will use DHL and UPS as the Expedited Shipping according to the delivery country.

Notice: Standard shipping is cheap ,but easy to be delay for 10~30 days, even lose.

3) Remote Area Delivery

If your city&zip code is belong to the DHL-Remote-Area or UPS-Remote-Area,you need pay for extra $30 usd  for it.

4) About the Processing Time

After you place an order, we will check your order first and then send the invoice to our warehouse within 24 hours.and the warehouse will pack up for you soon.In general, the processing time will be 1-3 working days.

5) About the Local taxes and import duties.

Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

6) About the Parcel is Lost

This is the shipping company's responsibility, we pay all the shipping cost to them . But in order to reduce the lose of our customer, we will refund the product value to our customer.

7）About The Non-refundable Shipping Cost

Our Company is not be responsible for the shipping cost of Shipping out or Returing Back orders.
The shipping cost has been paid to the shipping company.
If it is not a shipping problem, the shipping company will not refund the shipping fee to us.
The price of our products does not include shipping costs, the price of each item is very low, so we can't refund the shipping cost.
